1. About Ringmula
Ringmula™ is a service operated by Reed Property Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "Ringmula"), a Texas limited liability company located at 539 W Commerce St, Suite 2553, Dallas, TX 75208. Ringmula operates as a marketplace connecting homeowners with verified door-to-door service providers, featuring identity verification, permit checks, and scheduled appointment controls.
2. Beta Participation
By joining the Ringmula Beta, you're agreeing to:
- Receive email and SMS updates about the platform's launch and development.
- Provide feedback if requested.
- Use the service (when launched) in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
Beta participation is free. We'll never charge you to be on the waiting list. Once the platform launches, any paid features will be clearly disclosed, with an opportunity to opt in.
3. What We Promise
We promise to:
- Keep your information secure and never sell it to third parties.
- Email you when Ringmula launches in your area.
- Give you clear, truthful information about what Ringmula offers and how it works.
- Honor opt-outs promptly when you request to leave the waiting list.
4. What We Don't Promise
During the beta period:
- We don't guarantee a specific launch date.
- We don't guarantee that Ringmula will be available in your specific neighborhood.
- We don't guarantee specific features, pricing, or compensation amounts at launch — these details will be finalized and disclosed before you're asked to use the service.
5. Your Information
When you join the beta, we collect basic information (name, email, phone, address, homeownership status) so we can (a) notify you at launch, (b) prioritize neighborhoods based on demand, and (c) verify eligibility at launch. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
6. Communications & Consent
By joining the beta, you consent to receive email and SMS communications from Ringmula. You can opt out of SMS messages anytime by replying STOP. You can opt out of emails anytime using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of communications means we won't be able to notify you at launch.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of the information we have about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and information at any time.
- Withdraw from the beta at any time by emailing jeremy@ringmula.com.
8. Platform Availability
Ringmula is currently in development and not yet operational as a consumer service. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services, a guarantee of services, or a binding commitment to launch in any specific market.
9. Intellectual Property
Ringmula™ is a trademark of Reed Property Solutions LLC. The Ringmula logo, name, tagline, and related brand elements are protected intellectual property. Patent Pending (USPTO #64/043,271).
10. Limitation of Liability
We provide the beta "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the beta.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Ringmula develops. When we make material changes, we'll email beta participants and post the updated version here at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued participation after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
